Gloves and iPads don't mix well, so when IKEA needed to promote the iPad version of their catalogue, they did the only thing they could do; sell a sowing kit with conductive thread turning any pair of gloves into iPad friendly mittens.

Uniglo go all Google Maps with this crazy online catalogue in the form of Uniqlo Undercover. It's huge, a bit confusing, but also good fun. Although I'm not sure I'd want to spend too long on it. Anyway, zoom in, choose a picture, zoom further in, and the clothes in the picture are shown. Clever.

Bolia have some pretty good things going for them, besides Scando design. In 2010 they launched their iPhone app which was quite smart, and this year they're back with a Facebook app that aims to replace the traditional catalogue, both are by Uncle Grey. I'm not sure it will, but it's still pretty good.
